Privacy policy
In force from 9 October 2026
Scope
This notice describes what happens to information when you use sarfigame.com, which is operated by the editors of Sarfi Hotels (“we”). Questions about it can go to hello@sarfigame.com.
What reaches us
- Nothing by default. There are no user accounts, sign-ups or payments on this site.
- Your emails. Writing to us gives us the address you write from, any name you include and the message itself. The contact form only prepares an email inside your own mail program; it does not transmit anything to us.
- Technical logs. Like any web host, ours may briefly record request data such as IP addresses, user agents and requested URLs in order to keep the service secure and working. Those records are never used to identify individual visitors.
- One remembered setting. How you answered the cookie notice is kept on your own device, as explained in the Cookie Policy.
Things that are off the table
Analytics suites, ad tags and social pixels are not installed. Visitor profiles are not built, and personal details are never handed over to anyone for money or otherwise.
Other services involved
Because our typefaces are hosted by Google Fonts, loading a page tells Google your IP address. Once you follow a link to a hotel, its own privacy rules apply, and those sit outside our influence.
Grounds for keeping data, and retention
We handle your emails because we have a legitimate interest in replying to them. Correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed and, in any case, within twelve months.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the data-protection law that applies to you, such as the GDPR, you may ask us to show, correct or erase what we hold about you, to limit how it is used or to stop using it. An email is all it takes to start any of these requests. Complaints may equally be taken to the supervisory body for data protection in your country.
Age
Sarfi Hotels addresses grown-up readers only, and information from under-18s is never sought on purpose.
Updates
Any revision to this notice is marked by a fresh date at the top of the page.
